Get yourself a Saunders Nclex study guide. If you are being tested over fundamentals find that area in your book & study what it says...then do questions until you get the hang of what they are asking...and how to answer them. Read the rationales this really helps! Use your textbook, and notes from class. Read the test taking tips in front of your Saunders study guide. Good Luck to you!

Hi, thanks for replying!...which is better, the Saunders review or Q & A book?...it looks like there are several, but between those two?...I am really starting to stress!

I use the Saunders Comphrensive Review for NCLEX-RN. It is great to use as a study guide for your nsg. classes as well. All the areas (resp. cardio, peds ect) are broken down into easy to read sections...with what you need to know. After each section there are questions in the book. It also comes w/a CD... lots of practice questions. The older one has a green cover, the new one is blue....does not matter which one. The thing is to know your subject...and do tons of practice questions/read rationales...this will get you into the hang of how to answer the questions. Good luck
