What was the answer?

there's this question that was on a test that i took today that read: A middle-age obese male with a 15 year history of hypertension is at risk for what pathologic condition?

A. Stroke

B. Anemia

C. Cancer

D. Infection

i've been trying to dig up the answer to this question & can't find it for the life of me & just really curious to know what the correct answer is.

Think about the pathology of hypertension and what it does to the vascular system. That should lead you to the right answer or at least the ability to eliminate some of those. Look that up and let us know what you think the correct answer is.
