WGU Prelicensure Dallas

Published

Im currently in the admission process for WGU's prelicensure BSN program in Dallas...Just wondering how competitive this program is? Whats everyones stats if anyone has attended? I have a 3.6 GPA but i only scored a 62 overall on my TEAS :( not sure if this is going to be good enough!

Hi there, I am also trying to get in to the Dallas pre licensure program. I have a 3.7 as well and got an 87 on my teas test. My advisor said I have a pretty good chance but I’m struggling with writing my letter of intent. I feel likeI might be making it a bigger deal than it really is. I’m hoping to start in the June 1st cohort. When are you planning on starting?

I am also hoping to enter for the June cohort, I have to write my letter of intent, and get my TEAS sent in. I made a 73.7 on my TEAS, and I have a 3.0 GPA. However, I have two previous degrees and I was a senior nursing student before having to relocate to TX.

Did you get in with these scores! I was a nursing student prior to having to relocate. I made a 72% on my TEAS and have a 3.9 GPA! I’m applying for the Dec 1 cohort.

I'm terribly late! I did get in with these scores, but could not accept the offer because I didn't want to start the program from the beginning. I transferred into a school that accepted my nursing courses. Set to graduate in May! Good luck to you all!

Did anyone start and/or finish this nursing class and have any comments or knows how it is? Thinking about applying but just not sure about an online nursing program

What program accepted your nursing courses? I have nursing courses but I’m considering starting over since it has been about a year since I left the previous nursing program I was at
