WGU Prelicensure BSN program - start dates?

I'm currently starting my first semester of prerequisites this week. So my last semester of prereqs is Spring 2022. I'm looking to apply to WGU afterwards but am a little lost on when start dates are? I assumed it would be a normal fall start for the program, but am reading a lot of people mention February/March, and it's only one or maybe two start dates a year. I reached out to sa customer service rep on WGU's site, she told me the select start dates are regarding the second term where clinicals start, and term 1 of WGU's prelicensure program starts the 1st of every month .. is that right?? I kept adding it's the prelicensure not RN-BSN I'm inquiring and she insisted this is accurate. If it helps, I'm located in Indiana and would be applying to Fort Wayne or south bend.
