I wouldn't recommend doing this unless you had a really strong science background in high school and did very well in those classes. Unfortunately, most high schools wouldn't offer A & P and Micro, so you'd be at a disadvantage there. If you are an exceptional standardized test taker and are good at independent learning, you could give it a shot.
The ATI study manual is hands-on the best resource. You can fill in knowledge gaps with Khan Academy, Bozeman Science, etc. or other YouTube videos.

Has anyone taken the prenursing teas v exam without taking any prerequisites and passed? If so do you have any tips on where to begin studying?
