WGU Leadership Experience Task 1 HELP

Hi There,

I'm trying to finish my BSN at WGU. I have two classes left, thank goodness! I'm stuck on Leadership and Professional Image (C493 previously PYT1) Task 1. I picked patient identification as my topic since I work in a pediatric ED. I am just having a hard time putting my research into a paper form. Does anyone have a copy of theirs that I can look at to understand how to do it? It doesn't need to be the same topic at all I just would like to see the layout and how others put their work into a paper. I've tried contacting my course mentor but she just keeps telling me to look at the tip sheet (which I've done multiple times). If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate them!
