Hello all! I am. Just wondering if anyone has gone on from WGU to get into a nurse practitioner program with ease! My GPA is currently 3.56 but will go down with degree from WGU who uses the 3.0 pass fail scale. Any info is helpful!

Yes, I was accepted into three programs after graduating from WGU. One was a state college program, two were online programs. I'm finishing up my FNP post-masters cert this year.
Thanks for replying! Do you mind me asking where you live? Have you found any jobs yet?
I currently live in Texas, but was living in Alaska. I haven't started looking for FNP jobs because I don't graduate until December. I haven't decided if I will stay here for move back to Alaska.

Hi Rathyen! What were the 3 programs that accepted WGU and allowed you to continue onto FNP school with them? Thanks in advance!
After my bachelors, I was accepted to the University of Alaska Anchorage, and Eastern Kentucky University (but for a different Masters program). I then decided to just get my MSN from WGU in nurse leadership in management. After that, I was accepted to Kaplan, Walden, Chamberlain, and Grand Canyon University is still harassing me to sign up. I went with Kaplan. The price is good, and the program is accredited. I'll finish up this December.
