Travel Nursing is Always an Adventure

Yeah I need to do some serious math cause my husband will be coming with but not working as his current job is local only. He will probably do some odd jobs but will mainly be taking care of our baby. So we will be relying on my income only. At this rate I know we won’t be able to afford our current mortgage as it is expensive. So may need to look into a rental somewhere

    Atlanta vs Dallas opportunities

Don’t know much about there atlanta campus but the campus I worked for had poor management on the floor. House supervisors were unsupportive at times. Bad ratios. Overworked nurses. But nurses were great. Made some great friends there. Teamwork was a must. But I ended up not accepting an rn position there because the management.

Any advice or thoughts is welcome. I am a level III nicu nurse with three years experience. Also experienced in home health.
  6. Hello! I am currently seeking a NP degree in neonatology or pediatrics. I am a NICU RN currently working on my bachelors degree at Western Governors University. For background: WGU is a pass or fail system with a 3.0 base scale. SO when I graduate my cumulative GPA will be around 3.o to 3.3 GPA. Does anyone know of any NP schools online or in GA where that GPA will get me into NP school?

    WGU BSN to NP school?

Hello all! I am. Just wondering if anyone has gone on from WGU to get into a nurse practitioner program with ease! My GPA is currently 3.56 but will go down with degree from WGU who uses the 3.0 pass fail scale. Any info is helpful!

    WGU BSN to NP?

Hello all! I am a current RN working in a level III NICU in Georgia. I am looking to go to an online RN to BSN school and then move on to NP school. Has anyone graduate with Western Governors University BSN and gotten into NP schools? My GPA currently is 3.56 but I know that will go down since WGU works on a pass or fail 3.0 scale. For reference, I am looking to apply to University of South Alabama- MSN/NP program
