Yes I saw that as well. That's why I'm wondering if today could be the day we hear something! Hopefully

I just got a generic email from someone who I had not spoken with before.

was a bit surprised! 4.0 GPA, 2 yrs ICU (charge, preceptor, house sup), 200 hrs of shadowing, hospice volunteering, alllll the committees at work. Must have been quite the pool of applicants!

I was told they put A LOT of emphasis on letters of rec but yes from what I understand it is very competetive. Lots of people with strong experiences outside of nursing as well.

I was told that they still have another day of interviews so I do not think we will hear anything today but who knows

Did they say it was a full day of interviews? And did they say when you would find out?

Dang I was hoping we would hear today too based on last year's timeline!

Did not say, and did not say when that last day of interviews is....& that a decision would be made in a few weeks 😞 

If anyone gets accepted please let us know! The anticipation is tough LOL I thought I was nervous leading up to the interview but I think the waiting has been worse LOL

Out of curiosity did faculty or admissions tell you they put emphasis on letters of rec?

It was admissions that told me this. I believe that was for interviews though. Not sure how letters of rec are utilized after interviews. 
 

I really hope we hear something back this week!! I have put so many things in my life on hold just waiting for a response.

just got an update in my portal. Waitlisted
