I am considering going to western career college in Sacramento, CA to get my LVN to RN. I am actually a LVN student who is graduating in May of 2008. I want something fast and then get my BSN later on. When I go on the website they arnt very descriptive about the program. Does anyone know anything about the days/time, pricing, pre reqs? Any help would be most apreciated!
Thank You!

It cost about $35,000. Thier classes are during the day about 3 times a week. The prereqs are the same as any JC. They do have a prereq program. It's 4 evenings a week, if you take all of the prereqs. The cost for that program is $15,000 if you take all of the classes. Each class for the prereq program is about $1500

I sort of know someone going there. She says it's expensive and disorganized. They change the schedule a lot. There's a lot of drama among the students and most of her classmates are barely capable of functioning at the LVN level, much less the RN level. Sounds like they cater to morons.

trying to decide if I should go to Western Career College or SJVC for my LVN to RN program. I have all my pre-reqs done but still need some answers. I would like to know how often do you have class during the week, from what time to what time, how long is the program, how many months, and how often do they start a new class. If you have any information, please respond! Thanks in advance!
