You are reading page 2 of Westchester Community College (WCC) TEAS Spring 2018
Good luck! I also recently took my TEAS for spring 2018.
HEYY! I took my teas on Monday and was literally shaking! I got a 78, and placed in advance. I still very nervous about my score, I really hope its enough to get into the program :/. The English and language usage was the part that killed me! I'm crossing my fingers and hope this was good enough!!!!!!!!! NOW I have to wait till mid nov. to see if I'm accepted. fingers crossed!!!!!!
Good luck!, there was alot of punctuation structure questions than vocab. so study your rules of punctuation (semicolon, colon, commas..etc). know your independent/dependent clauses, types of paragraphs, suffixes and prefixes. For math a lot of inequalities, area of an irregular shape and regular shapes, fractions, percent conversion, least to greatest ( I feel like it the easiest of all the sections, got a 91 on that section). science know your endocrine system (hormones and structures), reproductive, how to balance an chemical equation, types of reactions, scientific steps, Mendel heredity and outcomes..... Wish you the best!
Omg thank you so much!! I'm still up reviewing. I should be in bed. But I'm so anxious lol. I just reviewed the area for the irregular shapes thanks to you.
How was your exam?
It was ok..Math and science was ok but the reading and English was hard. I got a 70 so I don't think I'm gonna get in..
I took mine last week, got a 76.7í ½í¸í ½í¸ good luck to everyone!
Aww, hopefully not alot of people scored too high so they may consider you. In the past, i read that people in the low 70s got accepted.
Well we see how it goes.. was there a lot of people at your test? At the information seminar they said that they usually have a bigger group for fall than they do for spring. But there was a lot of people at the exam this morning so I don't know.
My group was small, max 15 people
