I recently applied to several local RN programs, WHCL being one of them. I am curious to see if you have as well. Any current or alumni, if willing, were your stats upon entry?

Anyone hear anything lately? Any emails or phone calls besides the one Manuela sent?

Nope nothing aside from that email. When I went to drop off my packet they said they had been extremely busy because of graduation and pinning ceremony so to be patient with them.

Same. My nerves are still on end, I guess they will be until it actually starts lol.

Anyone know what our official start date is? I’m assuming Monday 8/12 but that’s just my guess.

Boot camp will be August 6 and our start day will be August 9 which is a Friday

I am new to the program. I received an email about our supplies that we must bring with us. Do we buy them on our own or buy them from the school?

Congratulations and welcome! Not sure which supplies you have yet, if any. You will need to purchase your scrubs, the patches, skills supplies (have it sent to West Hills), the Castlebranch package (drug test/background check, etc), physical, the books, a good stethoscope, the ATI package (she said hold off on that until she gets the info but budget 800). Forgive me if I've forgotten anything, just going off the top of my head. Hope that helps!
