okay cali is expensive...is there a way or anyone know how students who are going to start the program can dorm or find living arrangements with other students?

Hi, I'm a current student at the Ontario campus.

There are no dorms at WCU. The school doesn't provide ways of finding living arrangements. I've seen people post about it on the WCU facebook page. You could try there. Other than that, I would just google for local apartments near your campus.

Personally, I live at home still, but a couple of friends moved to some apartments really close to the Ontario campus. They had deals in August, so maybe they have some now.

Hope this kind of helped.

I'm in seattle right now and this is the best school that I know I can get into with all of the life circumstances...how much are the classes if you took the basic A&P1&2 micro and all the normal prerequisites and is the tuition the same as ontario and in anaheim. What is it like living there and is it cheaper in ontario and where is it? sorry for all the questions but i'm 23 and a female and scared to death...do you have a fb?

oh and when did you start...i'm wanting to save some money because I've lived on my own since I was a teenager and support myself so it's going to be tough...i'm hoping to start in june but ideal to start august of 2010

I started august09. I came in with most of my pre-reqs done. I'm going to finish my 2nd term, and I'm going into nursing classes in February. So basically, I had to take biochem because they are so strict about that class. I only knew one person who had the equivalent class for their biochem. I'm taking pathophysiology right now because I didn't take that at my old school. I also had 3 other classes (speech, engl340, and cultural pluralism). I'm finishing those up now and tuition came out to about $90k. It includes all my scrubs, books, and fees. I was hoping it would be a little lower, so I would try to finish those pre-reqs if you can find a the equivalent classes.

I live 20 minutes away from my campus by freeway. My friends that live in Ontario found some deals there because I think it was the beginning of the school year. Just from experience, I'm pretty sure it's cheaper to live in Ontario than say in LA near the NoHo campus or Anaheim because Ontario is one those cities where they are constantly building new property. It all depends on where you want to go. I thought about it for a long time, and I decided with Ontario because I knew I was going to live at home so I chose the place where there would be the least traffic. Alot of people post about living arrangements on the WCU facebook: http://www.facebook.com/WestCoastUniversity

Hope this helps! :)
