me! well I was suppose to start on June 15th, but I am on the alternate list, so if I don't start then I'll start in August, which classes are you taking, I am taking fys and critical thinking! then ge capstone and patho, and I would start nursing core on November.

Hey! Yeah I'm taking those exact classes too! LOL but for me I don't think I start nursing core until January 2021!
yeah, I joined the fb page wcu has where students ask questions and help each other out, hopefully this covid 19 gets better so we can start doing on campus class and clinicals.

Hi! I’m probably starting WCU in the fall too. What facebook page did you join? Are you commuting to school or do you live close?

Hi everyone! I should be starting in August as well. I just received my proposed schedule and I would start nursing core in January. I’m still waiting for them to give me a date to take the HESI. Is anyone else waiting too?

Hi! I’m starting in August. I am taking first year seminar, critical reasoning, ge capstone, and pathophysiology. I’m moving from the Bay Area. If anyone needs a roommate just let me know!

hi! I'm thinking about apply. I have all my prerequisites to apply to national university in November but IDK if ill get in. 145k for a BSN is insane. Did anyone have similar prerequisites completed like me and know how much tuition would Be reduced? I have an information session tomorrow but then still have to jump through hoops to find out how much id have to pay which anything above 60k is a deal breaker for me.

Hey! So I was supposed to start this August at the OC campus and I was all set I just needed to pay for tuition. With all my pre-reqs transferred in, my tuition went down to around $90k. These past two weeks I have been applying to private loans, but I realized that the interest would make my $90k loan almost up to $120k. And considering that nurses make around $60-75k starting off, I would bring home around $50-55k after taxes and it would take me forever to pay them off. Long story short, I am no longer attending West Coast and will apply to ADN programs and just wait... I dont think this is what you wanted to hear LOL but yea tuition with your pre reqs transferred in should go down to around $90k-100k.

No problem! I was a little discouraged at first because I really wanted to start, but others have reassured me that there's no rush at all. All the classes I was able to transfer it: Written communication, oral communication, Math, Psychology, Anatomy, Lifespan Psychology, Physiology, Written Communication 2, Chem, Microbio, Statistics, and cultural pluralism.
thank you! and I've been doing prerequisites for two years and taking out loans for living expenses so I'm on a crunch. can't apply to cc because I have a W in a science and have to retake a lecture and lab for better grade so I'm ineligible so in a tight position
