Yes, I have. There are two campuses. One in Beverly Hills and the other in Ontario. I'm not too familiar with the Beverly Hills campus, but I can tell you that the Ontario campus LVN program is still fairly new. I have a friend that attends that program and most students are sorry they're going there.

The school is not very organized, some teachers there are not very professional and because its a new program, they are still working out all the bugs at your expense. Seriously, they are being tested on material that has not been covered yet and when the students fail (majority of the class) they are told the student is responsible nonetheless to pass.

There are by far better programs out there. Do your research before attending any program. Good luck!

For the most part, the above response is highly accurate. I am a WCUI Ontario PN Prog Graduate(01-2010). My class had much of the same experience as mentioned above however, we managed to ALL pass(failure was not an option to us)!!

I would NOT recommend this school to anyone because of the reasons mentioned above. The nursing program could use a make-over in management and organization. My class had a total of 7 instructors in 9 months because of administrative issues, power struggles, gossip, and a poor work environment. Of the 7 instructors ONLY 2 truely cared for the students and the quality of our education and clinical experience. The school provided the material and clinical sites-which were all 1 incident away from being shut down; they were run down medical offices and LTC facilities ( I will say, we did have a great clinical instructor but she is no longer there for obvious reasons) and the rest was left to us!

I could say so many other things (all negative) about the school, the staff, the administration, etc. but I'm so over WCUI that its best to just move forward and put that experience behind me. I cant change any of it but I did learn valuable life lessons and for that I am greatful.

I passed the NCLEX-PN on May 21. And I have no one but myself to thank.

Look into other schools, unless you are prepared to deal with more than just the challenges of a nursing program. I'm sure there are many other good programs out there.

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has heard of the LVN program at West Coast Ultrasound Institute? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I can't seem to find anything about their LVN program other than they are an approved program by BVPNT.

Hey I attended this school 2011 and I have a great nursing instructor. His name is lee Dua. My over all,experience was awesome. I learned alot . I also pass my Nclex for the very first time.The school has improved for the betterment of the students needs and wants. Mr. Lee will help you get through it. All you need to do is, believe in yourself. Do not listen to people who are out to failed. It's a great school.
