hi evryone!pls help me wer i can get an application form for NCLEX-RN (Chicago)..PLS HELP ME wid dis!thanks alot!

All forms for licensure to the US can be found on the state nursing website. NCLEX is just part of the process you are not applying for NCLEX but licensure to the a RN in the US of which NCLEX is part of that process.

I would also suggest you have a read in the Sticky Called Primer to working in the US and also threads on retrogression as you are affected as are all nurses at the moment.

Can we also ask that you do not use text in your posts for a couple of reasons 1. Not everyone understands text and 2. Good practice in writing as documents should always be written in full unless it is an acceptable abbreviation within the hospital
