I have an interview at WellStar.. For those that are currently working there, how is your experience so far?

is there a contract involved in their residency?

what type of interview questions?

I have an interview there tomorrow! From the research I've done they ask the usual questions like why nursing? Why WellStar? Tell about a time you made a mistake. How do you handle conflict with a coworker? And I think it's a panel of managers asking. That's all I've gathered :/ Good luck with your interview!
