For Thanksgiving at my facility we got the flu. :hrnsmlys:

Two to six people on each four halls were pukin or crapin or both.

To make it extra special we had call-ins. So two nurses, two cnas 83 patients and the flu. (ok, I know that wasn't a sentence )

Staffing basically said suck it up for four hours and one cna would come in and help.:crying2::crying2::crying2:

My fellow nurse called the Adon and I could not believe it, she came in!!!

Not just like for show. She actually worked , She did rounds and cleaned up crap and puke with the rest of us I was really impressed .:bow::bow::bow:

I now have a new found respect for this nurse manager.

I hope you took a picture of this rare animal. I wasn't sure there were any left, or if in fact any even existed! :wink2:
