Im on my seventh week of waiting to hear about I job I applied for in early April. It was my first nursing interview after having graduated last fall, and my first major job interview. I have been in to see HR once after the interview to check on the job status and the recruiter informed me I would be hearing by the third week of May. This is driving me a bit CRAZY! Has this been the case for anybody else out there? The recruiter told me they were conducting interviews for 6 weeks and using the 7th to make decisions and inform the applicants. Apparently there is a significantly large pool of applicants in this one-hospital town. Im thankful for those praying on my behalf..this has been a stressful wait!
