Hello,

I want to apply for Spring 2021, but I'm scared that I will get denied due to having a 2.8 Prerequisite GPA. I do have all classes done for a BSN degree except for Chem and Government. I know some schools have slots for veterans, but IDK if WCJC does. Has anyone been accepted that had a low GPA?

Mine wasnt low but I did have some Fs that I retook and a C. Doesnt hurt to try especially since you don't have to pay to apply. Best wishes.

What were your stats? Hows the program? What are tge timings?

I am too nervous.. I am missing 2 courses for BSN requirements. Have TEAS score of 85.6 and have all b's in science courses. Want to get admission in anyhow.

Science GPA- 3.81

TEAS:

Math-100%

Reading- 83%

Science- 80.9%

The program is A LOT of work and discipline. You truly get what you put in but if you recently took AP then it helps a lot too. First semester seems to be the hardest because it is so much and you are trying to learn how to study and what the test will be like.

Do y’all know how retakes affect your GPA for this program? I have Retaken 4 of the classes. My GPA is a 3.42 before any kind of points are deducted ? I just Took my TEAS as well..

math: 85

reading: 78 (Got a 95 on the practice test on the ATI website so I’m surprised I scored So low.. think my nerves got to me.. :( )

science: 75

wish I would Have done better, but All I got For now

They said it’s been delayed. So probably not for another couple weeks

How do you know its been delayed? you called? And why is it delayed?
