Hello all! I have submitted my application (very early lol) for spring/summer2016 CD2 program. I would love to hear from anyone who has been accepted and attended the program. Im looking for any and all information - including chances of getting in (3.5 Science and 3.6 overall), size of admitted class, what to expect regarding course load, clinicals, professors, study tricks, administration, admissions etc etc. I was recently accepted to the WCCCD ASN program starting August 25, and I will be attending just so as not to get "rusty" (no im not rich, but very very nervous about being unprepared should I prayerfully get into WSU CD2)

Also anyone who has any insight or opinion of being hired as a new graduate nurse.

Im hungry for all info! lol

Hey! I got accepted as well. Have you heard any good/bad things about wayne states accelerated nursing program?

I haven't heard anything from a person I know, but I have heard that the program is well known for their graduates in terms of job seeking! And congrats! I can't wait to meet some new people!!

Congrats to you as well! I have heard about a good amount of students who have failed so Its kind of freaking me out a bit! Did you take your science prereqs at Wayne state or did you graduate from another university?

I went to Michigan state for my bachelors and masters! What about you? Fingers crossed that the program isn't too difficult that we would need to be concerned about failing out

Hopefully we will learn a lot about the program at the orientation

Congrats @princessdee I have heard good things about the program from my teacher and a nurse that works on my floor. I also heard that all the students pass the NCLEX on the first try
