Hello everyone,

I am starting this forum for anyone applying to Wayne States CRNA program. Does anyone know when they are going to start contacting candidates for interviews?

I am not sure but I would say probably not. I know that our DNAP program isn’t a part of the nursing college and all of our course codes are anesthesia courses. Also when we enrolled in courses there were only 30 seats available for each course. There is 24 of us; however who knows!?

When I applied, the Covid-19 mess just started...so I think this interrupted the natural flow of my interview. With that being said, in the mist of it, from completed application to interview, it took about 4-5 weeks. App. Completed March 2nd, interview invitation was sent for April 6th. The good thing is...I was told that I was accepted during this interview...Woo hoo. So I'm thinking yours should be faster, hopefully they have the new process for Covid figured out now. I was originally told 2-3 weeks after application.

No, I'm in the Psych NP Program. I keep forgetting that I'm commenting under CRNA...hahaha But I believe the interview process should be the same for all programs.

Hello, sorry I didn’t see this sooner. Were you accepted to Wayne?

Hey. I was accepted and started the PMHNP program Fall 2020. Going on my 3rd semester this Summer and beginning my clinicals. Hooray! ❤

Thanks! I'm in the Psych NP Program. I started Fall 2020. Only 3 more semesters to go. LOL What about you?

Hello, I have an interview for the CRNA program at this university and I’m soo soo nervous. Does anyone know whether their interview is more clinical or personality based? Please meet me know, any tips would be greatly appreciated??
