hubby doesn't need surgery right now- just got a cortisone shot in the knee. yeah!

yuck! i hate cortisone shots!!!! had some in my back... boooo... c'mon January!!! i know i'm gonna regret saying that... come back December!!!!

I got a cortisone shot in my heal for bone spurs. Ouch!!!
