Haven't you seen that guy who promotes inversion therapy. I'm 195 and i can still do this guy???? Teeter Hang-ups...worked for me, It'll work for you too.

After I woke up from researching, I just started on A & P, Barb. I think the adrenaline rush of knowing I have to have it done in a matter of hours is the only thing that will help with the paper. ugh
