Heeeeyyyy, I'm back...three days of hiking.

Jeep,

I am tired and beat down...Think I'll have to take the AT in

about 50 different sections!! Rain, thunder, lightning, rain and

rain...but good exercise.

sorry to hear about your phone!!! always a crap shoot when you take it with you! i ruined one phone that way too! the only place in the tent where there was water, and my phone was smack dab in the middle of it!!!

We started out somewhere around the south horse stables and headed to turkey pen and then up to I think Buckhorn Shelter, but we camped before we got to that, and then Black Mtn and road down to the suv.

Nelson put the march on us...but good news. saw hornets twice, but snuck

by them. Just lotssss of rain and sore feet. Made me feel my age today.

Yeah, the phone sucks, the time it's going to take to get all the info back...you know, I'm such the social princess, my whole life is on that phone...okay, my six friends that live in the neighborhood....no, that's four and my husband.
