This company says they will have a product and embroider it in 2-3 days and let you pay for expedited shipping and then take months to send your product without letting you know why.
They are dishonest, take your money for shopping they don't use. Tell you on the website when the product will be in and to add 2-3 days to embroider and make you lay and then good luck waiting the month or two to come.
Has happened three times with them.
Also the embroidery comes with misspellings. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE DISHONEST. I even asked them this time when I placed my order to make sure it would be shipped on the day they said it would and if not to please not process the order. THEY IGNORED THAT AT JUST GAVE ME THE SAME POOR SERVICE.

I haven't paid for embroidery but I haven't had issues with them. Currently they are my preferred store to go to because unlike the others, they usually ship the time they tell you. I don't pay for expedited shipping though.

I've shopped online there for a custom stethoscope, shoes, and scrubs. The scrubs weren't embroidered. But except for the shoes which were to be picked up from the store, everything else was shipped to me on time. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with them. I used to work there. Hated the management so I left but as a shopper, I love it there.

I have ordered from them several times in the past, will probably be ordering again soon, never had a problem

Sorry you had such a bad experience, I myself have never had any problems either. I have also ordered several times.

Sorry you had a bad experience with them. Sometimes what happens is an item will be discontinued and out of stock at the actual manufacturer and the website doesn't reflect it.
