I need some advice. I am currently working at a hospital that I like, and that have offered to give me another 13 weeks. I have been working with my recruiter for about a year, but without warning, it was changed to someone that I just don't "vibe" well with. I am currently working for a lower rate than I normally agree too, and have been getting texts and emails from other companies offering double what I am making now, at the same facility. Essentially I am wanting higher pay, to stay at the same facility. what is your advice? Is it possible, or worth switching companies for higher pay? like 2-3 thousand more a week? should I ask for a rate increase with current company? what is my best option?

Your options may not be that wide. Your current agency “owns” you for potentially a year after your last assignment with them ends. Legal and the hospital, at least is less scarce times, would rather replace you than enter an interagency dispute.
You could simply talk to one of the other agencies and see if they have enough pull to work magic. Unlikely and could damage you to your current agency and hospital.
A better approach might be to talk to your manager or hospital staffing person (might be in HR) and discuss your situation. Specifically that you are getting better offers at other hospitals and even this one and can they do anything to help ensure another contract extension at market rates? That is in their best interests too so they may reach out to your agency to bring you up to market rates. Unless your agency is really screwing you, this will also mean a bill rate increase the hospital has to agree with.
More creatively, the hospital could implement a pass through bonus structure that would cut your agency out of increased profits from a higher bill rate, cut the hospital’s costs, and achieve same result in your pocket. I’ve never seen it happen (probably for excellent legal reasons) but a hospital might be able to pay you a bonus directly rather than a pass through via agency payroll which keeps the agency from being involved at all.
Good luck, you will need it. Easiest course of action is to vote with your feet and go to another facility. If you have personal reasons to stay put, it is not in your best interests to reveal that ever.
