Wanting to relocate but am a staff nurse with years of experience and good pay

Was talking with my mother about moving to another state. She’s always wanted to but she has an established career where we are. Making 40 plus an hour as a staff ICU nurse. 
 

how does relocating look to her. I imagine she’d have to gain trust to work at a another hospitals staff member. She’s in her 40s. Her body has paid for working 10 years a nurse. So I am worried for her. Any advice?
