Wanted Feuer Audio Cd's Nursing

I'm interested in finding some used audio cds to study for my Nclex-PN test. Any advice on whether these are good to listen to in the car and where to go to find this....They are pretty expensive on Amazon and I would like to find the 2013 version....thanks!
