Want to hear from those who went from L&D to CRNA

I've been wanting to peruse CRNA for years but the timing has never been right. I have a GREAT L&D job (6 figures for about 32 hrs a week), I'm comfortable, I'm good at it and have been doing it 11 years. I know I need to go to ICU if I commit to this CRNA plan. It's been weighing heavy on me that it's now or never, if I'm going to peruse this in my lifetime. I've started researching schools and what I need to get done to even apply. Just curious if anyone has made the jump from L&D (of course ICU for a year or 2 - for the pathway to CRNA) and then gone on to CRNA school and graduated to become CRNA. Thoughts, experiences, how did it go! Tell me all of it !
