Well....
You need to apply to college as a Nursing Major if you're going to pursue CRNA. Apply as a nursing major and then try and get a job with a faily high acuity ICU.
If you're going to pursue AA (Anesthesia Assistant), you need to apply as pre-med. From what I understand (I'm a CRNA student, not an AA student), the requirements for AA programs are the same as Med School.
CRNA is a good gig. I know many Anesthesiologists who say that if they had known what the scope of practice and compensation were for a CRNA, they woudn't have got the physician route.

thanks soo much i apperciate it. i am totally considering this job i was debating between AA and crna. i am def. thinking crna pre-med is way harder than nursing i heard. thanks so much.

ok i really want to be a crna. could someone please give me a detailed description of what to major in college(im a senior in high school) nd what to expect and should i do physician assistant which one is harder?
