Wake Tech Fall 2020

Is anyone applying to Wake Tech's ADN program for the Fall 2020? How many points do y'all have?

How's everyone doing so far? As future nurses, I hope you "guys" are following along with what is currently going on with the nursing profession. With this being the Year of Nurse, I have definitely seen so many nurses step up and do what needs to be done. Sad to say though, that some nurses out there don't have the support that they should be getting. At first, I was a little discouraged by what I saw, read, and heard ... enough to second guess myself going into a nursing program ... I also see it as an opportunity to fix issues and hopefully, one day, I can be a leader in the nursing profession and help prevent things like this happening again. Stay safe y'all.

Hey I just wanted to comment to stay connected. I am hoping we receive a letter either next week or the week after. I am so ready to know! Hopefully even if we can not meet in person possibly we could start off first semester online instead of canceling the program.

I just wanted to message you all and say that I emailed them a few days ago, and they told me that they wouldn’t be sending out the letters until the end of April they think. Hopefully these next few weeks go by quickly and we can get our letters! Hope y’all are staying safe, and I hope to see you in the fall!

Hi all!

I've applied with 160 points, cannot wait to hear anything back from school!

Did anyone ask about how current situation will affect regular schedule for sending out letters of acceptance?

Yeah, the general consensus and from what we've heard from the school so far is that the projected date for the letters to be sent out is towards the end of this month ... so maybe, the beginning of May it should be end our mailboxes.

Everyone ... got my acceptance letter to Wilson CC's nursing program. With little time to accept and and the uncertainty of when Wake will send out letters and IF I got in, I will be accepting Wilson's offer. Good luck to you all and hang in there!!
