Waiting on reinstatement in Kentucky

I recently applied for my Kentucky license to be reinstated after being lapsed for 7 years. I have been licensed through another state with no disciplinary action on my license. My background check came back and they sent me to be evaluated. I have no felonies and I am not on probation. But I did have a DUI from 8 years ago and a public intoxication from 3 years ago and a drug paraphernalia that has been deferred and that will be dismissed in 6 months. The evaluator said he had no problem with me practicing as a nurse and had no recommendations other than random drug screens. Because for the last 15 months I have been in residential treatment followed up with sober living. My question is how long does it take for them to make a decision? I haven't heard anything and they will not answer my emails. When I log in it just says reinstatement processing. Has anyone else been through this? Or does anyone have an opinion on what might be going on or some advice?
