i can only mention the one person i know that was waitlisted. He was a 40 yr old male that was in the 9th slot. He was concerned it would be a while but he got in the very next semester. I believe they will put you in that semester and if you're waitlisted they fit you in the next. So for instance, if you're 37 (and they usually have a class of 40 not 30) then you should be in the first semester. If they've changed it to 30 students, you'll probably be in the following semester.
Just my guess though. I don't know that for a fact.

So i just got my letter form Mercy school of nursing in Charlotte and they said i was # 37 on the waiting list for spring 2010. I know they accept 30 people. What i am wondering is if anyone has been in a similar situation at mercy school of nursing. And what my chances are of getting in. It is going to drive me crazyyyyyyy. I cant apply any where else with out my cna and i am tired of waiting i am ready to be a nurse. I am happy that i at least made it to # 37 it could have been a lot worse because a lot of people apply. Thanks for anyone that can help:wink2:
