Hmm, well, if the first college requires an 80%, I doubt the likelihood of being accepted into that program. Did the other college not give a date when they said they would be sending out acceptance/rejection letters/emails? Normally, they would give you enough time to prepare yourself for classes.
My timeline's a bit different. I attended my University of choice, completed the pre-reqs in Fall '13 and Spring '14, assembled my application, turned it in to my University's program in May, and got my acceptance email by June. My classes start in August though. I thought that's how things traditionally went. I didn't realize people took pre-reqs and applied to different colleges!! haha, I'm very new at all of this though.
However, I think that if you're accepted, they'll give you the time you need to gather your resources and supplies.
Hey ttbbpeach, thanks for yr advice. I just talked w my advisor. He said he will talk w nursing department about my score. so I am waiting for his response now; but I guess mostly I will get reject. I didnt call the other school, I dunno when they start to send any letter or email. I emailed my transfer advisor but she on vacation now. So I only can do is wait , wait and wait. ?

Im waiting for my decision letter. I applied two university (GCU & Pace) for their transitional program. Pace required take the HESI entrance exam that I just took today. I got 76% but they need 80%. I have 3.88 gpa. Do u think it can help? ? Also the other school I just applied last Monday but the program will start on july 7. Should I call the nursing department to find out since I need some time to prepare?
