waiting for call back to interview i have 5yrs experance, be with same compnay

I work at a hospital as pharmacy tech while i'm going to school for nursing. I put in an application to switch to another hospital but its with the same company. I have 5 years experance and i'm certified. But its taking a long time to hear a respones from HR. I put in the application on sunday by internet and called HR on wesn. to see if they recviced the application and they did but they are reviewing applicants now and i shoulf hear something soon either by ohone or post card. I'm so afraid i will not get this job i want out of my current one so bad becuase of management and the way i'm treated. Can I have some input on what i could do HR knows i want the job. Thanks

So i have done everything that i can. its taking so long and i'm afriad i won't get notice that they want to interview me. How long does it usually take for HR to get back to some one waning a job? thanks
