Wait list SMU?

Anyone else on the wait list for St. Mary's? Anyone waitlisted in the past? Just wondering how quickly it moves. I am #10 hoping to get in 2008 but 2009 is ok too! Finally got in!! Woohoo!

Yeah, I thought I'd be waiting another week at least. I'm in Wisconsin so I'm a little closer than you. Too bad I have to work tomorrow, no time to celebrate right now.

so all these people on the waiting list automatically get in the following year ahead of the others applying for that year?

Yep, the wait list is in automatically in the following year. 3 of us got in this past spring off of the waiting list, the year before no one got in off of the list. They just had to wait. I'm not sure how many from the waiting lilst wait until the next year to come. I'm sure some go to other schools that start before the next May.

I applied one place else...but i'm not going to even interview there. So i'll definately be going to SMU.
