Wage Negotiation

I was given an offer at a union hospital. Am I "allowed" to negotiate salary? I have a year of experience on stepdown and offered an ICU position.

    Yes, you can still negotiate. Usually there is a pay scale range for each position, so you can negotiate to be on the higher end of that range.
