Hiyas Everyone!
My name is Sara, and I am a student LPN. I have albinism and glaucoma and so as you can tell, my vision is very poor. Which brings me to the topic of my letter here. I'm looking for anyone else with poor vision, maybe you had it when going into the field, or developed it later on, either way any help is greatly needed! I'm starting to run into some problems and frustrations. Please, if anyone can help me, please do! I know I can do this, but I just need a hand to guide me through! Thank you all!

What kind of adaptations do you need? I would think that your local ADA office or the one at the school would be the place to start. Good luck...judi
Hi TraumaRUs
I've gone throught the county, and they are trying to help as much as possible, but they don't have too many ideas. I'm getting ready to go through the state and I can tell ya, they wont have anything either (I've met the woman on my case... she's kinda not with this world..) I've gone to a buncha web sites for the blind and I can find stories about blind doctors but no nurses! I would really like to find a montor, someone has to be out there!
