Visa Screen "Request for Validation of License"

For VSC you need the BON to verify that you have passed NCLEX so the form plus a small fee needs to be sent to the BON to forward to CGFNS

I am also license in Illinois and currently working on my visa screen. May I know how did you request BON IL for the validation of your license. where did you send the request and how much is the fee? I'm so lost with IDFPR website as they don't reply with the question I sent to them. It will be a great help if you can assist me. Thank you in advance God bless.

I am also in the same process. I have mailed a request to Springfield, together with my check and the Request for Validation of License form but they did not send the form back to CGFNS, instead, they sent their own license verification form. Now CGFNS is asking me for proof of NCLEX exam. Did you have the same problem? Were you able to get your license verification form?

Did you figure this out? Can you help me? I didn't know where to mail the "Request for Validation of License" as a requirement for visa screening process. Idfpr site didn't state the step by step process for this as well as the fee.

Hi everyone! I am also on the same process. Now I am frustrated with this. I found a pdf document in IDFPR website (https://www.idfpr.com/Forms/Req_cert.pdf) stating that all registered nurses must print their license verification from NURSYS website, need not to contact IDFPR directly for this. So that is what I did. I print it out from NURSYS, in fact I have also attached a copy of my license, a copy of a letter that was sent to me after I passed the NCLEX as a proof of passing for the VISA SCREEN requirement. I sent it to CGFNS. Now, it seems that they cannot accept. They emailed me said they need IDFPR themselves to sent it to them as official document. What should I do? If the IDFPR does not accept license verification then where should I get it from? Please help me.
