ITT Tech, Norfolk : Associate's program

U.S.A. Virginia

Anyone know anything about this program (price particularly)? I saw they are in the process of getting certified through the state for their Associate's license....

I have information on the program.

It's $51,000 for the 2 year associates degree program. Its 109 credits total.

They told me you can take you general ed course's at another school to cut down the cost. The lowest you can get it is maybe $40,000 if you take ALL of you general ed courses somewhere else.

When they told me the price I was no longer interested. LOL!

I have more info if you want to know more.

Specializes in Pediatrics, Ob/Gyn.

I agree that the program is expensive, but at the same time it's very suitable for me. Class is two days a week so I still get to keep my full time job so that I can take care of myself and my children. It's a fairly good program. I would suggest that you attend one of the information sessions and see what the program and the school have to offer you and then make your decision.

I know that ITT Tech bases entrance on the HESI exam. Do you know the lowest score that they are taking for this exam?? I took the exam in my home state (Michigan) for the program they recently started here however my score wasn't high enough to get in (But above the required score) anyone know any other details about this??

Itt- Tech is expensive. Some people are talking about MCI being a better suited school than Itt- Tech but MCI RN program is only like 16 months and ITT's is 27 months. Yea MCI is a fast paced program and you graduate quicker but I would rather take the time out and take a longer program than to rush and complete something. They say that MCI is only like $44,000. But I went and did the HESI and admissions stuff for ITT and their program is like $51,000. Im starting to have second thoughts beacuse that is just way to expensive. For ITT you so not have to have any pre-reqs. But do you have to have any for MCI?
