Anyone know someone who isn't accepting a spot at the Alexandria location? Waitlisted ?

Waitlisted at Richmond. But, already got into another school elsewhere. Does anyone know the history of people coming off of the waitlist? When do those offered admission have to submit deposits by?

In my email, we are supposed to accept our offer by August 3 and then someone will contact me about the deposit 4-6 weeks later.

Is anyone willing to share when the initial deposit deadline is? I'm hoping to narrow down a rough estimate of when I could hear back for the waitlist, particularly if I need to plan a cross country move ?

I can share when they do send that information in 4-6 weeks. As it has been quite a long and slow process...I won't be expecting any feedback on that till latter(around the 6th week mark).

Congratulations to all who got in! Hope to meet you all in January.

The first two terms (Spring and Summer) can all be done distance, many of my peers in our cohort didn't move until late Summer NA1 year, just FYI.  No need to plan any moves anytime soon.  Good luck!

If anybody who got accepted has a facebook. You can search VCU CRNA etp DNAP Class of 2026 to join our group on facebook across all sites!

For those in the program already, did you find it easy to work through the Summer? And during the fall, can you still do distance ? Will be having a baby and want to plan well . ?

Unless this will change for the incoming cohort (doubtful), you are required to be in person for NA1 Fall term, starting late August.  I worked full time through Spring and Summer terms, taking a few weeks off to decompress in late Summer.  I still work PRN on holidays and breaks, just because I'm crazy and I like massages.

massages are great for stress relief! Do you!

How do you like the program set up? Do you think you are getting enough hands on with placing epidurals and doing c-sections? I'm biased but this is really where I want to work in.

last question, are there scholarships in the program?

a little excited! Sorry.

I'll be turning down my Richmond seat for another program, so hold out hope those on the wait list! Fingers crossed for you all!
