Hi! I am researching a paper on how patient violence against nurses affects patient care in the long term; the under reporting of abusive incidents and how this impacts workplace violence protocols. I am having difficulty in finding any Canadian information, journals or articles on this subject and I would like to know if there is anyone who can refer me to any journals, articles or information sources that they know contain the kind of information that I am seeking. I have been putting my nose to the grind stone on this one and it seems like there is not a lot of information on this subject, other than a few hospital surveys done by the staff in general. I really appreciate any help or information that I can get!PS... I hope I have posted this in the correct area!
Much Appreciated :)
