Veterans Administration PACT

Hoping someone can help out a fellow LPN! I am planning to apply to a PACT position currently open at my local VA. This will be my third time applying for the position. I haven't been able to get to the interview stage. I've received an offer from the VA for the health center but I declined the offer because I'm not a fan of LTC and the pay wasn't worth while at the time.

I'm posting in hopes that I can get some advice from folks who work or has worked on a PACT! What's your background? Would it be possible if I saw your resume? Feel free to leave out any personal information. Do you have any advice that could help me stand out?

I've worked at two different VAs .. Last position was a LVN in dialysis in sat lake city .. Just keep applying..
