Versant in obstetrics

Have any of you went through the Versant residency program for obstetrics?

If so, what training did you get? Classroom training, Clinical training (how long, what did you do), looping (where did you loop).

Did you feel that there were things that you didn't learn well and wished there was more emphasis on?

I am curious, bc I am in the midst of a versant in obstetrics, and we are doing med surg first, then transferring to obstetrics, but it seems as though our looping is causing a bit of confusion. where would nurses in ob find the most benefit?

Even for those who did NOT go through a versant program, but a residency in obstetrics, what things do you wish you would've learned?

thanks in advance.
