Verifying receipt of transcript problems

My school of nursing posted my transcript to Vermont before I sent my application. According to the website my application has been received but it doesn't show my transcript as having been received.

I phoned Vermont and was told it doesn't always show on their website whether they have received a transcript and not to worry. I emailed just asking for verification but have had no response.

It hasn't been very long since my transcript was mailed, 4-5 weeks at the most, but I AM worried.

I need to have my transcript and application processed because my husband who is an American citizen is going back to Vermont and I want to be able to travel with him and work.

I don't know what else to do. If Vermont won't confirm via email OR by telephone, do I just assume my transcript has been received and will be processed in due time?

Websites do not get updated immediately. It takes three to four months for them to permit you to sit for the NCLEX exam, it will not be immediate.

Is that where you plan to work, or will you be endorsing?

We will be living in Vermont and I am planning to work at Fletcher Allen Healthcare in Burlington VT.

I realize Vermont take 3-4 months to process applications and I wasn't expecting mine to be processed any sooner. I was just concerned after reading some people have been waiting almost a year due to their transcripts not getting to Vermont.

The only thing that we can tell you to do is to keep checking. You can try phoning them again, or just wait.
