verification of NCLEX RN pass report

Hi all.

 I need to obtain a verification of NCLEX RN pass result/report from Oklahoma BON. I tried calling but the board is not answering. Tried looking on their online site but I can't find any forms for this request. Hoping that someone might help. Thanks.
