Verification of License from SCFHS for NNAS

Hi! I'm a Filipino nurse processing Canada's NNAS and had nursing experience in Saudi Arabia. I'm almost done with the entire process except for this Nursing Registration Form which needs to be filled by the Suadi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). They answered my inquiries about how to acquire the VOL however, I need to make a 150 SR payment to their bank which is in Riyadh, KSA.

Anyone here who were successful in taking their VOL? How could I make the payment if I am here in the Philippines?

I visited their office in Riyadh, inside the Diplomatic quarters, I approached one gentleman regarding NNAS verification and he instructed me to pay 150 sar thru SADAD. I confirmed with the personnel that the said amount is for the Saudi Post fee. I asked him if my friend who leaves nearby can send the document instead, he refused and told they will be one who can send the documents.

After completing the transaction, he took the VOL form, good standing cert, and latest scfhs ID copy. He concluded that it will be processed after 2 weeks.

I just put my trust in him and wish for the best for my papers to arrive safely in Canada.

The time that I submitted my document is during the month of Ramadan 1440, and Eid is just around the corner.

Hello i will be doing also Vol for Nnas, i want to know hows ur paper going?.

They are the one to fill up the form?.

Hi. First of all. I thought I already replied earlier to you so I didn’t notice the time frame after. Sorry! Well...i did filled up the form as per their instruction and they checked the content for me. Strange but yeah. So far, the paper is still on the way (i hope). To this date, it hasn’t been received yet by the nnas office from scfhs’ mail. Goodluck!

Hello. Can you guys help me. Do you know where i can get an email or contact number for the person responsible in doing verification of license for nnas? This is the only thing that’s lacking with my reqts

Hi @jgneypes, I just want to ask if a friend of mind can process the verification because I’m not in Saudi anymore, any additional papers will be needed such as authorization letter? Thank you...

Yes, your friend can do the processing for you if you’re not in KSA anymore.

hello @jgneypes I went to saudi commission office this morning and im doing the same thing for my friends who are in canada. I showed them the papers that needs to be filled up but they told me that they are not doing that thing already and they told me that it is all through online and they also told me to visit the site tawasul because it is where I can process their verification etc. but the thing is I dont know how to do it. please if you have any infos about this please let me know.. thanks in advance

Hi! Where in saudi are you? If you went to a small saudi council office then they will really tell you that they do online because they dont know what to do with those forms.. try going to their main office like in jeddah or riyadh..

Hi I also have the same problem and the verification of the saudi council is the only one lacking on my NNAS,I don't know what to do first.Does anyone know where can I process it online.

Hi someone tried to help me process it in jeddah but they said its only in online,do u have an idea how to start it please.thank you
