Verification of License from Saudi Arabia

Hi everyone! I am currently waiting for my CES (Credentials Evaluation Service) report from CGFNS so I can go ahead and apply for licensure here in Tx. CGFNS already received all the requirements except this VOL (Verification of License) from Saudi Arabia. Last March 29,2015, when I called SCFHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) I was informed that they no longer process the VOL due to the large number of organizations outside KSA requesting them to fill up this forms. And that the Certificate of Good Standing which they currently issue via their website is valid and enough to verify the license. They also emailed me the announcement letter that says so. I called CGFNS the next day and informed them about it, I was told they are not aware of this matter and that they're going to investigate and see why SCFHS had stopped this process. So I waited, after a week I called them again and they responded that they are already aware of this problem and that they have people working on this matter and communicating with SCFHS. Until now they still tell me the same.

I stressed out the Certificate of Good Standing which CGFNS said they accept but it has to come directly from SCFHS. The problem now is when I called SCFHS, I was told that it is an automated process and that I have to register in their website, provide a valid email where they can send the certificate after payment. And that it is their only way to provide me the certificate as they don't and never send this certificates via a post mail. Now Im getting really sad about all this and don't know what to do next. Is anyone here in the same dilemma I'm in? I need help... :cry:

Hi guys,

I'm currently working as RN in Bismarck North Dakota. I'm on the process of endorsing my license to Texas.

One thing I need to submit is the verification of my license in Saudi Arabia and in Philippines.

Questions:

1. Does the SCHS still verifies licenses?

If yes, what should I do I start the verification process? How?

If no, what should I send to Texas BON then? How?

2. Does PRC (philippines) verifies our license too?

What and how should I start the process?

She went to SCFHS and ask for the person responsible for the Verification of license. The personel didn't ask her to come back another time, she asked for the Vol Form and Good standtanding certificate including my ID license which was expired already-sept.2016. It doesn't matter. She filled out the form and stamped it, when done she gave it back to my friend in an envelope, sealed. That was it. My friend went outside to send the documents. Story finished. I tracked my documents received by Mr. **** of CGFNS.

GSC - 300SAR

VOL - 300SAR

Courier - 372SAR

Was this processed in jeddah or riyadh? Cuz from other forums they said 150 sr only for the courier in riyadh and 300 st for the good standing

FOR THE RECORD, SCHFS verifies Saudi License.

If your still asking for that letter about the announcement that they do not verify licenses, that was outdated and no longer valid.

Same here, Pls. Send me the official announcement of SCFHS. Texas Board of Nursing asking me one of the Requirment Verification of License in Saudi Arabia. Head ache, i dont know what to do☹️Thank you, Much appreciated.Edz86 Pls. God Bless u all

Hi!

I am currently stuck with procuring a verification of licence from Saudi Arabia for ANMAC. I have since left Saudi Arabia in 2013. I have registered with Mumaris plus hoping to get answers from there but I am not sure which ones to chose from. Do I need to apply for registration first before I can get a verification of licence?

Hello everyone,

I am currently processing my nursing here in Canada. The CNO is asking me to send the verification of my license in Saudi Arabia. I already made an account at mumaris plus and they don't answer my question.. Can someone help me please on how can I secure these document?

hello! were you able to do you verification of license for Saudi Arabia? I think we are on the same boat. I am currently on the process of endorsing my California license to Texas. I already received my temporary permit but I still need to process the verification of license from Saudi Arabia. I was able to have my PRC license verified with the help of my parents back home. I am having a hard time processing the verification of my license in Saudi Arabia. Is there any way to do it if you are not in Saudi Arabia anymore? I am desperate already :(

you can if you have someone in there to do the errand for you. I asked a good friend of mine for my VOL. I sent her copies of my credentials as I don't know which documents are needed for the VOL. I sent her a copy of my SCFHS license, GSC (worth 300 sar w/c I obtained with the help of a friend too. you can only pay for it through sadad and they don't accept cards from outside KSA). copy of my COE I think? and an authorization letter. when she went there, she asked to come back for the VOL 2 weeks after the day she came. and paid for 150 sar for the courier fee. just look for someone you know who can help you. thats's the only way you'll be able to obtain the VOL if your outside KSA already.
