Ventura college nursing spring 2019

Hi anyone out there applying to the nursing program at VC for spring 2019.

Yeah I'm worried too. The teas score didn't give me much points. And the wait is so long.

Hi guys, I also applied in August and I am waiting to hear about acceptances. Does anyone know the average amount of points people have or usually need to get in? I think I have 79 points. I'm so nervous and the waiting is killing me!!

I know what you mean. If I'm correct I have 72 points. Wow 79 that's good. But other than that. I have heard of someone getting in with 75 points. Uuugghhh I'm scared. How did you do on the teas bkub98.

I calculated and I think I have 56 pts. I didn't do as well as I hoped on the teas :/ how many points do you have?

Honesty, I studied three of the Teas study guide books and it wasn't helpful at all. I heard that they were upgrading and making changes to the exam but wow... There were so many questions that made me think wth? I took a lot of science courses and yet some of the questions were a first for me

79!? You'll get in for sure.

I got the TEAS smart package in May but I procrastinated hard and didn't start studying til 4 days before the test whoops. I ended up scoring 78%

That's pretty good. 78% with 4 days of studying. The English section killed me. Have you guys called the nursing faculty for any updates. I noticed on the class scheduled for next year there are no nursing processors yet. It only says staff.

When I asked Angelica she told me you would get a call the second week of October if you're accepted. I'm guessing there were lots of applicants so there's a delay with admission.

Yeah she told me that too. Aaaahhhh I'm nervous. Hhhmmmm maybe they are. We just have to be patient. Hopefully everything goes well. Have you applied to other schools

I think with points in the 70s your chances are pretty good to get in. I'm only at about 59 points. I got an 87% on the TEAS but my GPA is low due to not taking college seriously right after high school. I just finished my prerequisites last semester and applied to Ventura and Moorpark for Spring 2019.

I think I have 78 points with 88% on the TEAS... the wait is killing me!!!
